THE BIBLE IS NOT IN CONFLICT WITH SCIENTIFIC FINDINGS!

I'm finding it very hard to write about Bible prophecy without explaining some background along with it. There's so much that people don't know, that causes misunderstandings by Christians and non-Christians alike.

I've heard people say "God couldn't have created the world because science has discovered artifacts that are older than the Bible." That's a yes and a no. Science has discovered artifacts that are older than the average Christian's opinion of how old this world is. In truth, we don't know how many times this earth has had to be straightened up and RE-created, but there's biblical proof that it's happened more than once.

Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

In Hebrew the word used for created is bara, meaning to make. Re'shiyth is the Hebrew word used for beginning, means the first, or the original. So God created the earth in the very start of things, and anything God creates is perfect. God doesn't make junk.

But we know something catastrophic happened between verse one and verse two….

Genesis 1:2 The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And God was hovering over the face of the waters.

The Hebrew word for without form is tohuw, meaning desolate, a worthless thing, lie in waste.

Hebrew word bohuw is used for void, meaning emptiness, an undistinguishable ruin.

Word for darkness is choshek. It means death, destruction. We know God is NOT the author of confusion and he doesn't create things that are in chaos.
Put that all together and you see that God made a perfect earth and something happened that caused it to be a worthless thing, laying in such waste and ruin that you couldn't even distinguishable. Great death and destruction had taken place.

So how many times has God had to straighten up the messes made here? We don't know but we know it's been more than once. And it's going to happen again. We can see it coming pretty soon and it's not the first time. The Bible says there will be a new earth.

So it's pretty obvious then, there is no conflict between the Bible and what science is proving.

Ecclesiastes 1:9 That which has been is, That which is will be. And there is nothing new under the sun.
